A Higbee resident sustained minor injuries in a traffic crash reportedly caused by high winds in Randolph County on Thursday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a northbound PT Cruiser, driven by 20-year-old Kennedy Bankhead, ran off the roadway reportedly due to the wind and struck a guardrail.
Bankhead reportedly refused transportation for treatment.
The crash happened just after 12 p.m. on Route A, two miles southwest of Moberly.
