Water will be turned off for about four hours in an area city this week.
According to a the Utilities’ Superintendent for the city of Norborne, water will be turned off at 12 a.m. Thursday, April 11 (midnight, Wednesday, April 10). He said after the water is turned on again at about 4 a.m., the city will be under a boil advisory until further notice.
