A Slater man was injured in a rollover traffic accident in Saline County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred as 23-year-old Reynolds Sara reportedly overcorrected his southbound vehicle as it traveled off the right side of the roadway. The vehicle then traveled off the left side of the roadway; and Sara reportedly overcorrected for a second time and the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
Sara reportedly was transported by private vehicle to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The accident happened at 8 a.m. on Missouri Highway 41, south of Route AC.
