During the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Thursday, April 18, Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said replacement of a bridge in Sweet Springs is going to have to wait a while.

The funding agreement was approved. Fenner said this will be the seventh bridge the county has built in the past nine years in the BRO program.
In other news, Fenner said a request has been made for use of the courthouse grounds for weekly concerts.

The request was approved by the commissioners.
