As the result of authorities executing a search warrant at a residence, a Brookfield woman is facing multiple counts of a drug-related felony for allegedly being in possession of several drug-related items on April 18.
A probable-cause statement says authorities found a couple of baggies containing a total of over seven grams of methamphetamine; multiple controlled pills without prescriptions; spoons containing methamphetamine residue; digital scales; several pill bottles containing a liquid substance in the freezer door; and several other drug-related items. Arrested was 48-year-old Lisa Renee Teel.
Online court documents say a warrant has been served, and Teel has been charged with five counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Bond has not been set yet.
Teel’s initial hearing is pending at Linn County Circuit Court.
