Two Lincoln teenagers were injured in a traffic crash in Henry County on Thursday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 18-year-old Kaylee Parker reportedly lost control of her southbound vehicle while attempting to return to the roadway after it had traveled off the roadway. The vehicle continued off the roadway and struck a tree.
Parker reportedly sustained minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene. A passenger in the vehicle- 19-year-old Cloey Parker, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by E.M.S. to Cass Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville for treatment of moderate injuries.
The crash happened just before 9 a.m. on Route C, one mile north of Missouri Highway 7.
