Ruth Arline Becker, age 90, lifelong resident of Concordia, died Sunday, April 28, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Concordia. Burial will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 3, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Concordia. The family suggests memorials to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, St. Paul’s Grade School or The Lutheran Good Shepherd Care Community.

Survivors include two sons, Ken Becker of Prairie Village, Ks., and Kurt Becker, of Concordia; three daughters, Donna Moyers, Darlene Meyer and Kathy Schuknecht, all of Concordia; three sons-in-law, Stephen Moyers, Greg Meyer and Ray Schuknecht, all of Concordia; one daughter-in-law, Beckie Becker of Concordia; two brothers, Eldred Schelp of Emma and Leland Schelp of Warrensburg; ten grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Stella (Stuerke) Schelp; husband, Norbert L. Becker; two sisters, Lucille Loges and Hildegard Becker, both of Sweet Springs; three brothers, Wilbert Schelp of Emma, Robert Schelp of Union, and Roger Schelp of Ernestville; and one daughter-in-law, Laurie Becker of Prairie Village, Ks.
