A Knob Noster woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Johnson County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 28-year-old Ashley McClung, of Whiteman Air Force Base, reportedly failed to negotiate a curve to the right in her northbound vehicle, which traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch.
McClung, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by Johnson County ambulance to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg for treatment.
The crash happened just after midnight on Missouri Highway 23, north of Northeast 900th Road.
