No actions were taken during the meeting of the Marshall Park Board on Wednesday, May 1, but Superintendent Chad Unterreiner did give an update on the progress of the installation of the all-inclusive play ground.

The playground- about 75 percent of which is under a protective canopy- is in place, where the basketball court used to be, just north of the kiddie park at Indian Foothills Park.
Unterreiner says the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new playground is scheduled for early next month.


The festivities are tentatively scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
