The Slater City Council discussed an annual report regarding the city’s water system during its meeting on Tuesday, May 7.
City Administrator Gene Griffith details how information on the city’s water system is gathered for the report required by the Department of Natural Resources.

Griffith added he is very pleased with this year’s report.

Griffith said employees at the Water Plant and Water District deserve a pat on the back for the city not having any violations over the past year. Griffith also thanked the council for approving projects which improved the city’s water system.
