“J.C.” Jimmie Dempsey, age 69, of Sweet Springs, died Friday, May 10, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, at South New Home Missionary Baptist Church in Cross Timbers, where visitation begins at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at the South New Home Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be sent to Lakeview Health Care in Boonville.

Hathaway-Peterman Funeral Home in Wheatland is in charge of the arrangements.
