Shane Perkins, age 54, of Gilliam, died Saturday, May 11, 2019.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16, at Slater United Methodist Church, where visitation begins at 5 p.m.

Weiker Funeral Home in Slater is in charge of the arrangements.
