A Windsor man charged with multiple sex-related felonies after three youths accused him of inappropriate contact with them during two separate incidents last summer is due in court this week.
A probable-cause statement says on July 18, the juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party held at a residence in Windsor on July 2 and 7.
Updated online court documents say 43-year-old Christopher Hidy has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.
Bond originally was set at $100,000 cash or surety. The court authorized 10-percent- or $10,000- cash bond on October 5, and Hidy posted bond on October 10.
Hidy was arraigned and pleaded not guilty on February 14.
Hidy is due for a criminal-motion hearing at 10 a.m. Monday, May 13, at Henry County Circuit Court.
