During the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Tuesday, May 14, Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner gave an update related to the water project at the Marshall Junction.

Voters in the county approved a sales-tax measure last April with proceeds to be used for economic development throughout the county. About a third of the projected proceeds is scheduled to go toward the water/sewer project at the junction.
