Court proceedings for all three men accused of multiple felonies, including kidnapping, on April 26, 2018, are scheduled to be held on Monday, May 20.
According to a probable-cause statement, members of multiple law-enforcement agencies arrived at the scene of the reported kidnapping at the Super 8 Motel in Higginsville and arrested the three men, who allegedly held two females against their will; raped and assaulted them; and demanded ransom money.
According to online court documents, Jaciel Acdala Mendez-Morales, Luis Angel Sierra-Vallina and Alain Gaspar Camarillo-Linan- each entered a plea of not guilty on April 30, 2018.
Each is due for a motion hearing at 10 a.m. at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
