Ryland R. Homfeld, age 74, of Higginsville, died Tuesday, May 21, 2019.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 25, at Salem United Church of Christ, where visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 24. Burial will follow Saturday’s services at Salem Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Salem Cemetery or the Lafayette County 4-H Fair Board.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Delores Fricke.

He is survived by sons, Steven Homfeld (Brenda), of Higginsville, and Chris Homfeld (Pam), of Higginsville; brother, Walter Homfeld, of Oak Grove; sister, Mary Dickmeier, of Corder; eight grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
