During the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Thursday, May 24, Northern District Commissioner Stephanie Gooden clarified a couple of issues regarding the county’s effort to secure rural broadband service to businesses, farms and other residences outside the Marshall city limits.

Gooden said that’s just a government criteria, not the commission’s criteria. Gooden and Presiding Commissioner Kile Guthrey Jr. further clarified.
