A physical education teacher in the Marshall School District is spearheading a volunteer effort to work on a multipurpose trail at Indian Foothills Park in Saline County on Saturday, June 1.
Marshall Recreational Trails representative and P.E. Teacher Travis Ewart details how the idea of constructing a trail on an unused portion of land at Indian Foothills Park came up.
Ewart says initial work on the approximate one-mile dirt trail has begun and encourages residents to help out during this weekend’s event.
Again, for more information, you can contact Ewart through the Marshall Recreational Trails Facebook Page or by calling him (714) 264-3489.
