The list of road closures in the KMMO listening area has changed quite a bit from Wednesday.
According to the MoDOT Traveler Information Map, there are closures in Saline, Carroll, Chariton, Cooper, Howard and Lafayette Counties.
In Saline County, Missouri Highway 240, from Route P- east of Gilliam to Glasgow is now officially closed again.
In Carroll County, Missouri Highway 10, between Carrollton and Norborne is closed.
In Chariton County, U.S. Highway 24, from just west of De Witt to just west of Brunswick; just west of Keytesville at Mussel Fork Creek; and again just east of the Chariton River to Missouri Highway 5, just west of Salisbury; Missouri Highway 5, from Lewis Mill to near Forest Green, at Doxies Creek; Missouri Highway 11, just west of Rothville at Yellow Creek; Missouri Highway 129- between Routes O and W; Missouri Highway 139, just east of Sumner; Route TT off of Highway 139; Route KK, between Keytesville and Salisbury and south of U.S. Highway 24; Route J, north of New Frankfort; Route D at Mussel Fork Creek; Route CC, just north of Mendon; and Route E, between Route F and Missouri Highway 129, are closed.
In Cooper County, Route OO, just south of I-70 and west of mile marker 98; Route HH, northwest of Pilot Grove; Route DD- north of Blackwater- at Flat Creek; and Route V, south of I-70 and off of Highway 179, are closed.
In Howard County, Missouri Highway 87, from just north of Boonville to Route Z, as well as that intersection are closed.
In Lafayette County, U.S. Highway 65 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 24 at Waverly- and that closure stretches across the Missouri River Bridge into Carroll County; and Missouri Highway 224, at two locations just west of Lexington at the Missouri River are closed.
Also, U.S. Highway 65- from Route H, just west of Avalon to just south of Chillicothe in Livingston County, is closed.
