Volunteers have been requested to help sandbag in the Missouri River Bottoms near Miami.
A message from the Slater School District says to get to the site, take Route O north of Slater; continue straight to Route F. The work station is one mile east of Miami, just off of Route F.
There will be a sand pile and pickup trucks.
