With the Missouri River now predicted to crest higher over the weekend, officials in Brunswick are requesting assistance with sandbagging.
A post on the town’s Facebook page says: “we are looking for volunteers to fill sandbags Friday in preparation for the crest on Saturday. If you can help us, it would be much appreciated. While we don’t yet know what the water will be doing, we anticipate we may experience seepage in some areas and may need to fill (them) with bags.”
