An area police department is investigating a theft from a business on Monday, June 10.
A report from the Marshall Police Department says officers were dispatched to Ag Power, Inc., at 1321 North Highway 65 to the report of a stolen 2013 green-in-color John Deere Model 536 Roadrunner header trailer valued at $8,900. The owner said the 36-foot trailer has two new tires on the main frame and two worn dolly tires on the front.
The owner told authorities that the piece of equipment was last seen on the property about March 1.
The trailer was entered into the MULES/NCIC system as stolen.
