Francis W. “Pete” Owens, 89, of Marshall, MO, died Monday, June 17, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 20, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In addition to his wife, Ruth, Pete is survived by five children, Debbie Merrell (Ron) of Longwood, FL, Steve Owens (Donna) of Slater, MO, Bill Owens (Vickie) of Lexington, TN., Walton Owens (Martha) of Marshall and Bruce Owens of Jefferson City, MO; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Steve Owens and Nelle Cundiff Owens Cahill; one brother, Milo Owens; and his stepfather, Boyd Cahill.
