Two Warsaw residents suffered injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in St. Clair County on Wednesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 22-year-old Jessica Scott, of Quincy, Mo., reportedly failed to yield, pulled into the path of and struck the side of a northbound vehicle, driven by 57-year-old Tony Merk.
While Scott reportedly was not injured, Merk sustained minor injuries and a passenger in his vehicle- 57-year-old Debra Merk suffered moderate injuries. The injured persons reportedly were transported by E.M.S. to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton for treatment.
The crash happened just before 11 p.m. on Missouri Highway 13, three miles south of Osceloa.
