A 31-year-old Sedalia man has been charged with a felony for allegedly stealing a vehicle.
According to a probable cause statement, James William Dingus-Fague inquired about a vehicle for sale and was allowed by the owner to test drive it for two hours on April 16, 2019. The owner says Dingus-Fague never returned the vehicle- a 2002 Ford Expedition.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been requested and Dingus-Fague has been charged with a Class D Felony for Stealing a Motor Vehicle. Bond has not yet been set.
Dingus-Fague’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
