A Columbia man sustained minor injuries in a traffic crash in Cooper County on Friday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 70-year-old Anthony Yonkman reportedly lost control of his northbound vehicle on a wet roadway, and his vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a fence.
Yonkman reportedly was transported by Cooper County E.M.S. to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.
The crash happened at 9:40 a.m. on Missouri Highway 5, one mile north of Route E.
