Two Missouri residents suffered minor injuries in a rollover traffic crash in Lafayette County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 18-year-old Kasey Amelung, of Odessa, reportedly failed to negotiate a curve and lost control of her southbound vehicle, which rolled once and came to rest on its top.
Amelung and 18-year-old passenger, Kayla Neeley, of Kansas City, reportedly were transported to Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence for treatment.
The crash happened just before 2 p.m. on Johnson Drive, one-half mile south of Barkertown Road.
