Jeffrey Allen Campbell, age 62, of Waverly, died Sunday, July 14, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 18, at Waverly United Methodist Church, where visitation begins at 9:30. Burial will follow at Waverly Cemetery.

Memorials to Santa Fe R-10 School “All funds received will be placed into the Jeff Campbell Hunting and Fishing Memorial and will be used by Santa Fe Elementary kids to introduce them to archery and fishing” in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.

In addition to his wife, Carolyn; he is survived by one son, Scott (Kristina) Campbell; and one daughter, Christina Campbell, all of Waverly; two grandchildren, Ethan and Marie Campbell; four siblings: Jim (Jean) Campbell, of Carrollton, Marylu Callicotte, of Carrollton, Michael Campbell, of Clever, and John Campbell, of Clever; as well as nieces and nephews: James (Brandi) Campbell, Michael Campbell, Annie (Corey) Austen, Matthew Callicotte, Lucy Callicotte, Lauren (Adam) Yeargin, Arielle Campbell, Jeff (Laura) Harbison and Brian (Kate) Harbison.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James F. and Anna Rose (Himmelberg) Campbell.
