A 31-year-old Blackwater man has been charged with a felony after he allegedly was the driver of a motorcycle who sped away from a traffic stop in Cooper County on July 10.
A probable-cause statement says the motorcycle was traveling approximately 80 to 100 miles per hour, weaving through vehicles, on Main Street in Boonville.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been served and Dominic Allen Woods has been charged with a Class E Felony for Resisting Arrest, Detention or Stop By Fleeing and a misdemeanor. Bond has been fixed at $5,000 cash only.
Woods’ initial hearing is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
