The Marshall School Board voted to approve special-education and federal-program contracts during its meeting on Tuesday, July 23.
According to meeting minutes, the board gave its approval to agreements with Fitzgibbon Hospital for physical-therapy services; Perkins Freedom Mobility for Braille and Orientation and Mobility services; Research to Practice for speech/language supervision through the Missouri School Board Association; and Great Circle.
In other news, the board approved the MHS Athletic Handbook; and the setting of the annual tax-rate hearing to begin at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 20. Also, it was announced that during the regular meeting to follow, the school board’s goals will be revised or readopted.
