An area missing juvenile female has been reported as a runaway.
According to a release from the Marshall Police Department, at 8:03 a.m. on Monday, July 22, Karizma Norman was reported as runaway juvenile.
Norman was last seen wearing a black tank top with white lettering, light blue-jean shorts and black sandals.
Norman is described as being white female, approximately 5-foot 4 and 160 pounds.
