Due to a water leak, officials in the city of Slater issued a 48-hour Boil Advisory just after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30.
According to a news release, the advisory affects residents in the 100 blocks of Blackstone and North Jefferson and 100 and 200 blocks of Walnut and East Maple.
