Marshall Municipal Utilities has announced Emilee Hall, Ana Lara, and Timberley Cochran as its “Employees of the Quarter” for the quarter ending June 30, 2019.

Acording to a news release, in nominating Hall, Lara and Cochran, Controller Tony Bersano highlighted their efforts while the Customer Service Supervisor, Mayra Jimenez, was on an extended absence from work. During this time, the customer-service area was short staffed.
“Emilee, Timberley, and Ana have all stepped up and worked as a team to make sure our customers are being taken care of.” Bersano said. “Over the last several weeks all three have come in early, stayed late, and taken on several additional tasks to make up for Mayra’s absence. MMU is very lucky to have such great team members willing to help out when something like this happens.”
Hall and Cochran each hold a Customer Service Representative position, while Lara is a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Administrative Services.
Hall joined MMU in December 2014 and Lara joined in October 2018. Cochran joined MMU as a part-time employee in August 2006 before becoming a full-time General Maintenance/Rover Operator in Electric Production in May 2009. In January 2014, Cochran transferred to Customer Service Representative.
