A Sedalia resident sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Pettis County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an eastbound vehicle, driven by 36-year-old Ruthanna Hardwick, was stopped waiting to turn and reportedly was struck in the rear by another eastbound vehicle, driven by 52-year-old Teresa Mays, of Sedalia.
While Mays reportedly was not injured, Hardwick was transported by Pettis County ambulance to Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia for treatment.
The crash happened at 5:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 50 at Airpark Road.
