On June 8, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held and an all-inclusive playground opened at Indian Foothills Park in Marshall.
Now, another area city could be getting a similar playground in the future. Sweet Springs City Clerk Michelle Fuehring explains a discussion was held during the meeting of the Board of Aldermen on Monday, August 12.

Fuehring said the city is going to see if it’s feasible within in its budget to make it happen.

Fuehring said if it happens, the plan is to connect it to the existing playground at city park.
