During the meeting of the Carrollton Town Council on Monday, August 19, the council discussed setting up an Industrial Development Authority Board.
City Administrative Assistant Terry Bell says the city has had this Board in place in the past.

She said board also approved a lease request for a parking lot on the South end of town.

In other news, Bell said the council tabled a discussion regarding an agreement with Blakely and Associates for the Seada System at the wastewater plant.
The next meeting of the Town Council is scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3.
