On Monday, August 5, a ground-breaking ceremony was held for a construction project on the Spainhower Campus in Marshall.
During the meeting of the Marshall School Board on Tuesday, August 20, Assistant Superintendent Dr. Terry Lorenz gave an update on the project.

The addition of a wing to the Spainhower School- which is estimated to cost between $6.5 and 7.5 million- is estimated to be complete prior to the start of the next school year.
In other news, the board voted to approve the purging of some math textbooks; and tabled an item involving the revising or readopting of the Board of Education goals.
