A discussion of a cost-benefit analysis for the city’s participation in the extension of sewer mains in the Alpaca Acres development was held during the meeting of the Concordia Board of Aldermen this week.
City Administrator Dale Klussman explains the request.

Klussman said it really was a no-brainer to approve the request.

According to unofficial minutes from the meeting, Klussman said the curbing would be at the expense of the owner of the property; and maintaining the streets at a later time would be an expense to the city.
