Saline County authorities are seeking information from the public to help locate a man with active warrants for his arrest.
A news release from the sheriff’s department says 33-year-old Keith Allen Lybarger is wanted for Felony-Failure to Appear for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, with bond set at $7,500 cash only; Felony-Failure to Appear for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, with bond set at $5,000 cash only; and a misdemeanor- failure to appear for failure to register as a sex offender, with bond set at $2,500 cash only.
Lybarger is described as being white, about 6-foot tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
