The Marshall City Council met in special session to close out the books for Fiscal Year 2018-19 on Friday, September 27.
During the meeting, the council approved an amendment to the 2018-19 budget. City Administrator David Haugland explains the final numbers wound up being positive.

In another action, the council also approved an ordinance for the initial budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20.
