An early morning roll-over traffic crash in Johnson County sent two people to the hospital on Saturday, October 5, 2019.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened when the westbound Chevrolet S-10 pick up, driven by 35-year-old Joshua Dunnaway of Versailles ran into the median, returned to the roadway, then off the right side of the highway before overturning and striking a tree.
Dunnaway and his passenger, 35-year-old Blair Kline, of Amazonia, both received moderate injuries. Both Dunnaway and Kline were reportedly transported to Research Hospital in Kansas City for treatment.
The crash occurred just after 1 a.m. on U.S. Highway 50, west of Route Z.
