Kyla DeAnn Head, age 18, of Blackburn, died Saturday, October 5, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 12, at the New Life Center at First United Methodist Church in Marshall, where visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 11. When entering for the visitation and service, you are asked to enter on the east side of the building. Burial will follow Saturday’s services at Blackburn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to family choice.

Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall is in charge of the arrangements.

In addition to her parents, Ron Jr. and Pam; she is survived by two sisters, Sara Kay Head and Jessica Maylynn Head; paternal grandparents, Ron Head Sr. and Denise Payton, both of Blackburn, and Becky Ondrick, of Grandview; maternal grandmother, Betty Chinnery and her husband, Gary, of Kansas City; paternal great-grandfather, Rick Hefler, of Ft. Pierce, FL; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.

Kyla was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gail Lynn Hoy.
