At the meeting of the MMU Board of Public Works on Friday, October 18, 2019 underground facilities and health insurance were discussed.
According to MMU General Manager, Jeff Bergstrom, the first two action items covered by the board were in the Underground Facilities Department.

Bergstrom said once the board receives the qualifications, the board will then select a vendor they feel is most qualified to do the job.
The board also discussed the purchase of a new underground mini sewer camera.

He said the camera the being replaced is 10 years old and is getting to be a high maintenance item. The board budgeted $20,000 for a new camera. Bergstrom said there were also a couple of changes made to the employee’s health benefits.
