A portion of a major highway in the KMMO listening that has been closed multiple times over the past few months due to flooding is now open again.
According to the MoDOT Traveler Information map, in Carroll County, the stretch of U.S. Highway 65, between Waverly and Carrollton, is now open to traffic.
In Lafayette County, the portion of Missouri Highway 224, between Lexington and Wellington, that was closed also recently was reopened to traffic.
The only state route still closed due to flooding the KMMO listening area is Route J, between Dalton and the Missouri River, in Chariton County.
