In other news, Northern District Commissioner Stephanie Gooden thanked everybody who signed the water easements relating to the project at Marshall Junction. Commissioners said they are scheduled to open bids for the water tower at the junction at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29. Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said they will announce the successful bidder during the next meeting of the commission on Thursday, October 31.
