Shawn “Jacob” Pannell, age 24, of Brainerd, MN and formerly of Marshall, died unexpectedly in Brainerd on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, MO.  Inurnment with military rites will be in Bethlehem Cemetery at Marshall Junction. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel in Baxter, MN.

Jacob is survived by his mother, Paula (Keith “Pop”) Brumbaugh; brother, Coldy (Megan) Finnley of Fayetteville, NC; maternal grandmother, Ruby Finnley; paternal grandmother, Genevieve Louise (Charles) Henricks; grandparents, Calvin and Deborah Brumbaugh; aunts and uncles, Jessica Finnley (son-Alexander Asher), Jennifer (Suraj) Amatya, Stacey (Deola) Brumbaugh – Johnson, Charles Timothy (Teri) Pannell, Shane Henricks; and many other cousins and extended family members.

Jacob was preceded in death by his father, Shawn Patrick Pannell; and paternal grandfather, Charles Jacob Pannell.
