A 37-year-old Odessa man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say they located several drug-related items in his residence on Monday, December 2.
A probable-cause statement says members of the Lafayette County Drug Task Force, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office and Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a residential narcotics search warrant and arrested Travis Booe.
Authorities say they found plastic bags containing some methamphetamine, marijuana, 30 alprazolam and five clonazepam pills and suspected psilocybin mushrooms (shrooms); seven zip-close plastic baggies, commonly used to package illegal narcotics for sales; a digital scale with residue, which tested positive to contain methamphetamine; and other drug-related items.
Court documents say Booe has been charged with two counts of a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; two counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond has been set at $25,000 cash or surety.
Booe pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Tuesday, December 3. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
