At approximately 4:19 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, the Marshal Police Department received information concerning an armed robbery at Title Cash, located at 1180 South Odell Avenue.
Upon officers’ arrival at approximately 4:21 p.m., they were informed by employees a white male, with his face partially covered, entered the business, pointed a semi-automatic handgun at each of them and demanded money. The employees provided the man with the money they had on hand, and he left the business.
At approximately 4:41 p.m. officers located a 30-year-old Marshall man, whom they believe to be the suspect. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall Police Department, where he is being held pending formal charges from the Saline County Prosecuting Attorney.
