Felony drug and weapons charges have been filed against a 64-year-old Lincoln woman following a traffic stop on December 26 in Pettis County.
A probable-cause statement says during a consented search of the vehicle, law-enforcement officers say they found several different controlled pills, some marijuana, some methamphetamine in a plastic bag and a plastic container and other drug-related items. A pistol also allegedly was found inside her purse.
According to court documents, a warrant has been issued and Sandra Fitzwater has been charged with two counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Bond has been fixed at $25,000 cash or surety.
Fitzwater’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
