Clarice Bredehoeft Malan, 85, of Marshall, died Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

 

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 1, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marshall. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. At Clarice’s request, she donated her body to the Gift of Body Program at University of MO-Columbia School of Medicine. Memorials may be made to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church or Immanuel Lutheran Church Broadcast in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Survivors include two sons, Dan Malan (fiancée, Carolyn Stiffler) of Ballwin, MO and Dale Malan (DeAnn) of rural Malta Bend; five grandchildren, Kelli Eimer (Joseph), Branton Malan (Abbey), Janel Tucker (Bill), Jacqueline Walker (Will) and Lauren Reid (Ben); 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Shirley McCracken of Denver, CO; and several nieces and nephews.

 

Clarice was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore John Bredehoeft and Clara Mathilda Bodenstab Bredehoeft; husband, William L. (Bill) Malan; two daughters, Debbie and Dana Malan; two brothers, Wilbert and T.J. Bredehoeft; and one sister, Margaret Frampton.
